Overview

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is a behavioral health provider in the greater Prescott and Flagstaff, Arizona areas. We work with youth and adolescents from birth through age seventeen who have emotional, behavioral, relational and/or developmental challenges. We work with individuals and families with all levels of behavioral complexity and specialize in helping children and adolescents with significant challenges live safely and successfully in the community. CFSS provides a full range of out-patient behavioral health services for children and families, including medication services.

Who we are: Child and Family Support Services, Inc. (CFSS) is a behavioral health provider agency that is new to the Flagstaff area as part of NARBHA’S Member Choice Enhancement Initiative. CFSS will be a Responsible Agency in the NARBHA network and will provide a full range of out-patient behavioral health covered services. CFSS provides services for children and adolescents, ages birth through 17, and their families. Individuals who are enrolled with or are eligible to be enrolled with AHCCCS (Medicaid) or KidsCare may refer children and families for services.

What we do: We provide a full range of out-patient behavioral health services for children and families. The majority of our work is provided in homes, schools, and communities because we believe that is where we can be the most effective.

Where we are located: CFSS currently provides a variety of services in Coconino County, Maricopa County, Mohave County, Pima County, and Yavapai County. CFSS currently operates as a Responsible Agency for the NARBHA region in the southern Coconino and western Yavapai county areas.

How we receive referrals: Individuals not currently enrolled in the NARBHA system may refer directly to CFSS by visiting or calling one of our administrative offices listed below. Individuals currently enrolled in the NARBHA system desiring to transfer enrollment to CFSS would need to discuss this request with their Child and Family Team at their current Responsible Agency provider.

When we are open: Our administrative office is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. However, we are flexible in that we work whenever children and families need us most, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
