Children's Services
NARBHA Children's Services staff uses a team approach to develop and enhance programming that helps pave the way toward children and families experiencing the Arizona Vision and Twelve Principles.
Vision for Children's Services
- Arizona was the 28th state sued regarding the provision of public behavioral health services to children.
- The settlement agreement set forth the "Arizona Children's Vision and 12 Principles" as the goals to achieve in statewide programming.
- As part of the settlement agreement, ADHS/DBHS requires the RBHAs to submit an Annual ‘Children's System of Care Plan' outlining how system improvement goals will be met.
